Well, proper drainage helps prevent water from standing and/or ponding next to the foundation. In circumstances where water is left standing for long periods of time, it can cause soil erosion or even foundation settlement. Corrective measures may be needed if the water stands within 10-feet of the foundation perimeter for more than 24-hours.
We’ll either make it right or you will not be charged for the inspection. Joe is incredibly responsive and wonderful to work with. He will take his time and take every measure to make sure you are satisfied with his work. We needed a quick turnaround with our inspection report and he delivered, getting our completed report back to us within 24 hours. I would gladly recommend him and hire him again in the future.
